Nazareth House Care Home

The project comprises the construction of a new 120 bed care home, to provide residential, respite and pallitive care with refurbishment works to the existing care home to provide new offices, convent and accommodation together with associated siteworks. The siteworks includes a bulk dig of approximately 28,000cu.m and significant demolition works required to existing buildings. All works are being carried out in and around a live care home requiring close liaison with the client and phasing of the works to keep the current care home fully operational.
