This site was fronted on to a busy major junction and restricted by a stream at the rear. Therefore, the site parameters were tight and managing the public safety and progressing the works were daily heavy considerations. External works included extensive landscaping to the podium slab as well as a 9th floor roof garden along with several decked terraces on different levels. A biodiverse roof and photovoltaics were also installed. Remedial work to the existing concrete frame included retrofitting new piles and jacking the frame to install new columns. Both buildings are of RC frame construction and apartments are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Block A consists of floors ground to 6th with Block B consisting of floors ground to 4th with a provision for a 5th floor to be added at a later stage.<\/p>\r\n
