Progress update on Lion Green Road
The works at our Red Clover Gardens project on Lion Green Road, Coulsdon have been progressing well with all façade works now complete and scaffold striking also nearing completion. The internal decorations and finishes are progressing well as is testing and commissioning of the mechanical and electrical systems for each building. The external hard landscaping works have also commenced, which will create pathways and trails that frame the grass, with meadow soft landscaped areas giving this project a unique feel with mature trees, allotment spaces & generous play areas.
Red Clover Gardens is a residential scheme that will deliver 157 new homes for our client, Brick By Brick, in the London Borough of Croydon.
The striking 13 elevation façades give an exceptional view from every angle and months of hard work are being revealed as the scaffolds are dismantled. The large windows bring a considerable amount of natural light to the elegant specification internally and all apartments benefit from being dual aspect.
Sustainability is a key part of the project with PV panels on the roofs, EV car chargers for residents and sustainable urban drainage systems installed to bring all rain water back to the local South Downs chalk layers that are present across the valley.
