Breakthrough Cancer Research Fundraiser

At CField Construction, one of our company values is “Giving Back”. Each year, we budget to “give back” by supporting local and national communities & charities across Ireland and the UK.

Over the last number of years CField have fundraised for the wonderful charity, Breakthrough Cancer Research. During Summer 2024, we organised three fundraising events for our employees, clients, families and friends. These events consisted of a Fun Run, the official Ring of Kerry 170km cycle, and a hike up Carrauntoohil.

Thanks to the generosity of all those who donated in 2024, we are proud to confirm our official amount raised is €52,547. This brings our total amount raised to over €110,000 to date.

This donation is making a tangible difference to cancer research, helping provide Breakthrough Cancer Research with much needed funds to support focused research programmes, fund scientists, purchase laboratory consumables and enhance facilities with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure cancer patients have the opportunity to access effective treatment.

Thanks again to everyone who organised, participated, donated and supported the company in achieving such success.

Ruairi Keneally - KPMG

“CField were a pleasure to deal with on site. Given that it was a live site and the administrative offices continued to function throughout the project period, disruption was minimised and management of movement of staff to different locations within the building during the project was facilitated efficiently. Any issues or concerns raised were dealt with positively in a timely manner and the project was completed without delays.”

Una Carroll - Assistant Principal Officer, Cork Education & Training Board
