International Womens Day 2025!

In recognition of International Women’s Day, our female colleagues in Ireland and the UK participated in site tours of two of CField's live projects in both Cork and London.

In Ireland, our team visited Longview Estate in Ballyvolane, Cork where people had the opportunity to meet with the Site Manager to gain an insight into the project, observe progress firsthand and explore the show house. Engaging discussions with the site team provided valuable insights into the daily operations and project timeline.

Meanwhile, in the UK, our female staff toured The Rex in Kingston, London. They explored the surrounding area, reviewed the current site progress, and also visited the completed showroom. The tour concluded with a stunning rooftop view of Kingston, making for a memorable experience.

At CField, our female colleagues work across various departments, both on-site and in the offices. These roles include Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Design Managers, Finance, EHS, Quality, Purchasing etc. Their invaluable contribution influences how we work at CField Construction and contributes immensely to the ongoing success of the business.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in organising these site visits and to all who took the time to participate.

Happy International Women’s Day!

"Thank you for your excellent work in bringing this project to fruition. CField and all the excellent staff were always professional, committed, honest and worked hard to help us have the lovely building we now have. “CField were a pleasure to deal with on site. Given that it was a live site and the administrative offices continued to function throughout the project period, disruption was minimised and management of movement of staff to different locations within the building during the project was facilitated efficiently. Any issues or concerns raised were dealt with positively in a timely manner and the project was completed without delays.”
