Kinsale Manor Development

CField recently completed phase one of Gannon Homes new housing development in Kinsale. The scope included 11 houses, substantial site development works, a 365,000-gallon concrete in-situ attenuation tank, extensive ESB and Irish Water main line diversions as well as road widening to the R605 in Rathmore Kinsale. Following the hugely successful sales launch, CField have been awarded a further two phases consisting 64 A3-rated, three and four-bed semi-detached and detached houses just a five-minute walk from Kinsale town centre. These traditional block built houses are finished to the highest standard and include: Exceptional levels of floor wall and attic insulation. Roof mounted Solar PV panels providing electrical energy that can be used in the home. Fully zoned Natural gas central heating with rated gas condensing boiler. Demand Controlled ventilation system unit with a relative humidity sensor which captures moisture-laden air and expels it from the house.
