We are delighted to share that we have officially secured the Gunnersbury Lane Aparthotel project for a contract value of £14.3 million.
Gavin O' Flaherty, Managing Director, CField Construction, said “This is a major win for CField, not just for its opportunity, but because it sits outside the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) approval process, allowing for greater flexibility and certainty in delivery.”
The project, commissioned by Urbane London, involves the design and construction of a 100-bed apartment hotel over seven storeys, located at 83–85 Gunnersbury Lane, London W3. It includes key amenities such as a café/co-working space at ground level, and resident/community facilities on the fifth floor. Planning permission has already been secured, with start on site scheduled for August 2025.
