Start on site at Bow Exchange, Limehouse Cut

We are excited to commence another project for the Mason and Sond development team at Bow Exchange, Yeo Street, adjacent to Limehouse Cut Canal in London. The project involves demolition of the existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide 92 residential units and 2,471sqm of commercial space over 10 floors, together with landscaped public open space, communal amenity space, on-site child play space, waste storage, cycle parking and disabled car parking.

CField is currently working with the wider project team through design development and discharge of pre-start planning conditions, for an anticipated start date in October 2020.

“CField were a pleasure to deal with on site. Given that it was a live site and the administrative offices continued to function throughout the project period, disruption was minimised and management of movement of staff to different locations within the building during the project was facilitated efficiently. Any issues or concerns raised were dealt with positively in a timely manner and the project was completed without delays.”

Una Carroll - Assistant Principal Officer, Cork Education & Training Board

“Will happily continue to recommend CField to our clients. Excellent service.”
