SUMMARY OF ROLE: 

CField is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Administrator to join our team in Cork. Reporting directly to the Project Managers, the candidate will be allocated to a number of projects and work closely in conjunction with both the site teams and office teams. 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with collating Handover information
  • Collate BCAR information for the projects in conjunction with Project Manager and Finishing Manager
  • Update internal Progress trackers
  • Manage registers
  • Collate and manage HSE records in conjunction with the Site Safety Officer
  • Collate inputs and issue various weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports on existing CField templates for operational and commercial purposes
  • Perform administrative tasks on sites as and when required

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people
