The project comprises the construction of a mixed-use development and associated public realm landscaping works at the Liddell Road light industrial estate. The development will be divided into three blocks, Block A (5-storeys) to provide 3,700m2 of mixed commercial use, Block B (11-storeys) and Block C (5-storeys) to provide 106 nr. mixed tenure residential units.
The development includes:
• New business space (Block A), to replace the current light industrial units. This block will be returned to and administered by Camden Council
• New housing along Maygrove Road (Block C), and in an 11-storey building (Block B) on the railway side of the site. This will include mostly private units and 5 nr. social-for-rent properties
• Additional new public open space on the site which will extend and enhance the eastern corner of Maygrove Peace Park
• A new point of public access from Maygrove Road
