Demolition of an existing 4 storey building and construction of a new 6-storey building to provide 12 nr. apartments. The presence of a mature tree in the back garden dictated the geometry of the back wall of the apartment block forcing a radiused section of wall to maintain 6m from the tree to the back wall as was required by Camden Council. The root zone was then fenced off so as to ensure no surcharge on the rooted area.
