The construction included double basement, lower ground floor and 5-storey building all carried out within its own footprint, built to the footpath on all sides with no road closures, adjoining a listed building on one side and a flying freehold on the other. The construction method consisted of a load bearing secant piled perimeter wall, tension and load bearing piles, concrete frame.
