Design and construction of 56-unit residential development with 1541m2 open plan commercial floor space, including all associated:
•Investigations
•External works
•Landscaping
•Drainage services
Construction took place on a tight site being built out to the boundary lines where the building footprint was almost the size of the site itself. This is particularly noticeable where the east elevation forms a party wall.
The site was located on a busy red route and is in close proximity to the DLR. The works included a prominent full brick façade, that required high standards of workmanship. The project won ‘Best New Place to Live’ at the Building London Planning Awards 2023.
