HOVIONE CORK, LOUGHBEG, RINGASKIDDY, CORK

The project was located in Building 02 (B02). B02 was decommissioned in 2007. This decommissioning entailed the isolation of services and the disconnection of motive power to some equipment. Since decommissioning, no preventative or predictive maintenance has been carried out.

Due to increased demand for production, Hovione wished to reinstate B02 to full operation as required for manufacture of a new product. DPS Engineering, on behalf of Hovione, engaged CField to execute the CSA scope of works to support this project, in order to facilitate commencement of production to ensure the building meets the standards required for long term continued use.

The project was executed using the Last Planner System to achieve the client target value. CField are providing innovative alternate construction solutions to ensure Client targets are achieved.
