Construction management of the completion and fit-out works of a new build residential and retail development consisting of 143 residential units and ground floor retail units including four basement levels.
This site was fronted on to a busy major junction and restricted by a stream at the rear. Therefore, the site parameters were tight and managing the public safety and progressing the works were daily heavy considerations. The basement was complete but leaking badly before CField took possession of the site, who then found and delivered solutions.
